Friend Hand Soap with Pumice
Ingredients:
Organic Olive oil, coconut oil, sustainable palm oil, Shea butter, neem oil and
castor, sodium hydroxide, distilled water, essential oils of peppermint and tea
tree oil (therapeutic grade) Pumice powder
Olive oil provides a moisturizer for your skin, provides extra
moisture for the skin in areas with extra dry spots like the knuckles, elbows,
and knees. Olive oils can have regenerative power over skin tissue so with regular
usage ensures that your skin remains soft and smooth and helping it stay toned
and firmed. Olive oil can help
to stimulate skin rejuvenation to help smooth skin irritations and help heal
and soothe. Olive oil is rich in antioxidants. Rich in Vitamin E, and oleic acid The antioxidants in the olive oil
can help stop degeneration of the skin which in turn can aid in preventing
premature ageing. Olive oil has also
been known to help with elasticity of the skin. Olive oil is the mildest of all
the oils and has been known to be used in people with all skin types with no
problems. Thus it is used with the most sensitive of skin types. Doesn’t clog
pores, yet moisturizes to fullest. Olive oil is full of hydroxytyrosol and
helps to prevent free radicals. It can be used to help with psoriasis and
eczema. The Olive oil provides a rich and creamy lather in soaps, helps the bar
to last longer, makes for tiny bubbles and can make for a hard bar when cured.
Coconut oil provides healing properties and moisture to the skin
helping to heal cuts, scratches and bruises. The coconut oil can penetrate the
skin helping to tone and soften the skin. Helps to remove dead skin too. Coconut
oil is full of fatty acids that are helpful to the skin. The coconut oil is
resistant to rancidification since its slow to oxidize making it last for as
long as two years. Coconut oil has been able to treat candida which makes it an
antifungal and antiviral with other factors in antimicrobial and antibacterial
. Full of Vitamin E to help the skin and be most helpful with eczema and
psoriasis. Also contains Iron and Vitamin K.
The coconut oil is also full of antioxidants. Coconut oil also can help with wrinkles in
the skin and provides an extra moisture barrier. The coconut oil provides for
a hard bar of soap, produces large amount of bubbles when mixed with other oils
in the soaps.

Oil provides a much harder bar in the
soap yet can also help moisturize. Loaded with Vitamin E and antioxidants that
fight free radicals palm oil can help fight fine line wrinkles and help smooth
skin. The palm oil also penetrates the skin helps with healing of the skin.

Shea Butter provides the skin with a wonderful array of beauty
secrets and has been used for centuries in beauty products. It provides
moisturizers for the skin and anti-inflammatory properties. Helps to rejuvenate
and heal. Can help repair scares and
tone the skin with its deep penetrations for the skin. Has UV protection
properties. Helps to provide emollients (softening) for the skin. Great for
helping to heal the skin from damaging elements such as burns, hard work, cold
weather, and bug bites. Full of
antioxidants, Vitamin E, A, F and Fatty acid. Egyptian Queen Nefertiti owed all
her beauty secrets to Shea Butter. Great for cold weather protection by
providing extra moisturizers and in the summer months too. Helps to moisturize
from repeated washings buy creating a barrier of moisture for the skin and
hands. Healing agents for scars,
psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, rough dry spots like the elbows, knuckles, and
knees. Will not clog pores again helping with acne and acne scars. Phenolic
antioxidant rich.
Neem Oil provides the skin with amazing gifts for the skin in that
it is rich in disease fighting properties and antioxidants. Another
antibacterial formula for the skin and healing properties. Safe for humans and

Castor Oil provides the soap with rich copious amount of lather.

properties. Castor oil provides a hard bar and can act as a
mild germicide. A very small amount is added to the batch in the soaps. Helps to fight infection, reduce inflammation
and provide moisturizers for the skin. Reduces wrinkles in the skin. Has
antifungal properties. A wonderful oil for acne prone skin, helps to fight the
bacteria causing agents to help heal acne. The antimicrobial properties help in
the healing of minor skin irritations and cuts Full of fatty acids, and Vitamin
E.
Essential Oils of Peppermint Oil provides a great scent, antibacterial properties, analgesic properties, antimicrobial properties, anti-inflammatory
properties, antifungal properties, antiviral properties and antiparasitic
properties. Is extremely helpful with eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, and itchy
skin. An aphrodisiac. Provides cooling sensations for tired achy feet and hands
as well as the body when used on other parts of the body. Helps to calm the
mind and ease fear. Soothes aching pains and relieves tension. Known as a top note.
Tea Tree Oil an antibacterial,
antifungal, antimicrobial, antiseptic, antiviral, has been known to stimulate
the immune system, clear acne and alleviate skin irritations. Helps to heal
scar tissue. An insecticide too. Great for healing burns, and clean cuts. With
all its properties Tea Tree oil is a wonderful addition to your soap. It is a
middle note.
Pumice volcanic ash safe to
use for hand cleaning to remove grease and grime. It is natural mineral of the
earth. Non-toxic. Helps to exfoliate dead skin cells which then promotes
rejuvenation of the skin for more soft and supple skin tone. For the feet the
pumice will help to slough off calluses. On the hands will help with the cuticles.
Also when scrubbed on cellulite can help the appearance.

Yes I have taken the pic on my workbench, hey after I am done making beautiful metal art jewelry I need to clean my hands....and any metalsmith knows this for sure! My hands will be literally black from the metals, patinas, steel wool, and the oils. This soap does the job at cleaning the hands and softens while deep cleaning.
I also want to share some of my chickens with ya again.....
Oh my do I love my girls.....
My oldest son has chickens too and he said " I want my chickens to run to me when they see me like your do momma"
Those girls know I love them and I know they love me too!
Meet " Bossy " we call her Bossy because she is always bhak bhakk bhakkk on and on....I figure she is bossing everyone around, no one else will be saying anything but her! Always! She is my chatty Cathy chick! The grass is finally starting to turn green again after this loooonnngggg cold winter. YAY!
Meet "Loner" she is always by herself, she will even go lay her eggs in my neighbors garage where Linda keeps her straw she uses for doggies to keep the mud down, here is country you just can't avoid mud! I have tried!!!! Its just everywhere and with a house full of boys....forget it!
Meet "Red" in the snow.....my chickens at first were like what???? No way we are not going out today. Then after awhile they did, and it was sooo funny watching them in the snow.
They are soooo beautiful!
Well better head on back to work......the girls are probably wanting to know where their treats are. Today I have some spinach and cabbage for them. YUMMY!
